Director of Development

The Director of Development will work to build a thriving, responsive community by fostering relationships, developing the skill and will of community partners and investors to share their time, talents, and resources to end homelessness and hunger in Intown Atlanta.

The Director of Development must possess initiative, imagination, strong organizational, strategic and interpersonal skills, and have demonstrated success in working with community investors and related audiences. The position requires previous leadership in community engagement, development, marketing and communications, as well as public speaking and writing skills, events management, and the ability to recruit, manage, and cultivate volunteer leadership.

The Director of Development will serve on the Leadership Team with other senior Intown leaders. The position currently supervises three full-time staff—an Institutional Development Associate, an Individual Giving Associate, and a data analyst. Additionally, the position manages a part-time communications consultant, a contracted grant writer, and contracted event planner for annual Intown Cares spring gala.

Homeless Services Program Manager

Intown Cares is seeking applicants for its full-time Homeless Services Program Manager position. Intown is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit with a mission to prevent and reverse homelessness and hunger in Intown Atlanta. Since its founding in 2010, Intown has grown to be a leader in homeless outreach and food security in the Atlanta community. Intown’s homeless services program is guided by a Housing First philosophy and has grown to be the most effective team in the City of Atlanta. The Homeless Services Program Manager will join an experienced, successful, and energetic team while leading with wisdom and compassion.

The Homeless Services Program Manager will provide the day-to-day support to a team comprised of Homeless Outreach staff, Certified Peer Specialists, and Housing Support staff. The Program Manager will be responsible for directly supervising the team and ensuring the team has the resources they need to meet the program goals of engaging, enrolling, navigating, and housing individuals experiencing homelessness. This role requires excellent communication and organizational skills to lead this dynamic and agile team.

Homeless Outreach Case Manager (CSM Partnership)

Intown Cares is seeking applicants for our Homeless Outreach Case Manager position. Intown is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit with a mission to prevent and reverse homelessness and hunger in Intown Atlanta. Since its founding in 2010, Intown has grown to be a leader in homeless outreach and food security in the Atlanta community. Intown’s homeless outreach program is guided by a Housing First philosophy and has grown to be the most effective team in the City of Atlanta.

Intown Cares is looking for a Homeless Outreach Case Manager to join its innovative, front-line homeless outreach team as part of our partnership with Clifton Sanctuary Ministries (CSM). Intown’s Homeless Outreach Case Manager will be working with men experiencing homelessness who are staying at Clifton’s temporary shelter. This case manager will be using a Trauma-informed, Harm Reduction, Housing First approach and will focus on navigating and ultimately housing individuals experiencing homelessness.

The Case Manager will focus on a to-be-identified neighborhood within the City of Atlanta, prioritizing individuals identified by community leaders. Intown is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit with a mission to prevent and reverse homelessness and hunger in Intown Atlanta. Since its founding in 2010, Intown has grown to be a leader in homeless outreach and food security in the Atlanta community. Intown’s homeless outreach program is guided by a Housing First philosophy and has grown to be the most effective team in the City of Atlanta.

Intown Cares is looking for a Homeless Outreach Case Manager to join its innovative, front-line homeless outreach team. This team member will be using a Harm Reduction, Housing First approach and will focus on engaging, enrolling, navigating, and ultimately housing individuals experiencing homelessness from the street into a permanent housing intervention. This individual will work in a to-be-identified neighborhood in the City of Atlanta with community leaders to identify those experiencing homelessness within these communities, with the goal of moving them into a permanent housing intervention.
