Intown’s Homeless Outreach team has grown tremendously in the past three years and is poised to grow again. Intown is the most effective team in the city at engaging, assessing, navigating, and housing people experiencing chronic homelessness. With Intown’s Housing First approach, Intown has housed 108 people over the past 19 months. Due to this excellent work, Intown recently received a large grant from the Atlanta Continuum of Care to expand our team from four to nine members. We are looking for a Licensed Clinical Social Worker to join the team as Assistant Director of Outreach. The Assistant Director will work alongside the Director to help end chronic homelessness in Atlanta.
Compensation Range: $50,000 – $60,000

Intown is hiring 4 homeless outreach case managers to join its best-in-Atlanta outreach team working to end chronic homelessness in Atlanta. With our full team in place, Intown’s outreach program will have grown from 1 to 9 full-time staff in just over two years. These positions are funded by a one-year grant (Janaury -December 2019) that has options for an additional two years. We are anticipating these options being picked up by our funders.
Compensation Range: $36,000 – $46,000
